Unmentionables is a project on broken hearts and unwanted memories. What is thought and never said and the shoulda, coulda, wouldas. A collection of images and letters from people that don't talk to each other anymore. Current works in progress.
A study on memory through image and motion. Human interaction makes these works come to life in a brief but memorable gesture and emotion.
Optical devices use express the repetitive nature of thoughts and the uncontrollable urge to revisit past memories and experiences.

Rizzhel is an artist that uses photography in many forms. Her collection of objects are highly influenced by the historical animation devices of the late 1800s. She uses photography as a tool to examine memory, human interaction and relationships. Her projects work in parallel with her interest in the history of photography, the variety of materials that she explores, help to emphasis the use of material and meaning.
